You probably associate SOTEX with the care symbols for textile products—those little icons you find on every piece of clothing sold around the world. SOTEX GINETEX is a member of the international association GINETEX, which developed these symbols almost sixty years ago and later protected them with an international trademark. SOTEX GINETEX CZ is authorized to grant licenses for the use of these symbols to its members in the Czech Republic.

The main vision of the family-owned company Ragos is to support creativity, sewing, and handicrafts through a wide range of tools, fabrics, and accessories suitable not only for professional creators but also for complete beginners. At their booth, you’ll find a vast selection of fabrics, as well as Japanese KAI scissors and innovative tools from brands like Clover and Prym.

Katrincola.cz is an e-shop specializing in natural knitting yarns, high-quality needles, hooks, and accessories for knitting and crocheting. It offers a wide selection of premium and luxurious materials, including wool, alpaca, merino wool, silk, linen, bamboo, viscose, and hand-dyed yarns. In addition to selling products, Katrincola.cz also provides tips and inspiration for knitters and crocheters on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

We are a traditional Czech company specializing in the production of jacquard fabrics. Our most prominent products include brocades, fabrics for fashion accessories, as well as home and decorative textiles, linings, and fabrics for funeral purposes.

These two sisters have been devoted to patchwork and selling high-quality imported fabrics for over 10 years.

We sell fabrics by the meter and this year marks our seventeenth time exhibiting at the Brno Patchwork Meeting – we've been part of every single edition!

SOTEX GINETEX CZ is a member of the international GINETEX association and, through this membership, enables Czech companies to use care symbols and the CLEVERCARE label. It grants members a unique license to use care symbols on garment labels. SOTEX is the owner of the only quality label for textiles in the Czech Republic – QZ (Guaranteed Quality), which is part of the Czech government's Czech Quality program. SOTEX advises Czech companies on how to correctly label products in compliance with applicable legislation and ensures the integrity of care symbols so they are not misused or distorted, thus preventing breaks in the information chain. SOTEX currently has nearly 900 member companies.
